This section deals with information that you choose to collect and store on the type of units you
have. Unit size, type, features, floor, and door type can show what units are most popular, etc. You
can then create custom reports to help analyze the information for marketing efforts.
First look at “Appendix A, Default Settings & Values.” On Page A-3, the “Default Values” chart
shows seven fields under “Unit Setup.” Examine the first five and decide if this is information you
want to gather and store. The last two are defined by the contractor.
