2. Figure 3-59 shows the report header.
3. In the header, the first line is the Site name.
The second line is the report title and the third is
the column headings for the report.

5. The report footer displays the date and time the
report was generated, the site software’s serial
number, and the page number. Figure 3-60.
6. Any totals are displayed on the last page of the
report, below the columns and above the date,
